Job Description

Under general supervision, investigates, analyzes and resolves technical issues in area(s) of technical expertise, e.g. Internet, client-server, data center or product specialty and provides input to the proposal. Emphasis is on support related to specific skill or products. Develops or assists in development of rapid prototyping demonstrations/examples of proposed solution. Interacts with key technical managers and experts of the customer in order to understand the technology employed, the business complexity as related to the IT 
requirements and validates the proposed technical architecture and solution. Works under the direction of a more senior architect and engagement manager. Participates with applications development and infrastructure teams to define, document and plan interfaces, data exchanges and dependencies. Coordinates execution of the resolution process to solve complex infrastructure problems. Works with applications development and infrastructure teams in developing technical infrastructure requirements and solutions. Performs analysis and provides technical guidance to resolve problems. Assists in preparing customer presentations.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date after August 2019

Preferred Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to partner and work cohesively with a team

Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office suite 
Learns quickly and can apply learnings to problem solving activities
