Job Description


Analyzes how business processes work within a client organization and identify improvement methods.
Partners with teams to identify and define business process improvements and provides methods to achieve improvements. 
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
Ability in conducting projects whose goals are clearly defined
Design and recommend as part of a team, new or revised internal business processes.
Integrates benchmarking/best practices within the industry with process design.
Understands key performance indicators for a client's industry and chosen market position. 
Document trainings and processes that will help develop “best practice” solutions.
Collaborate across business functions to develop End to End understanding training materials 
Detail oriented, organized and driven to get results
Excellent communicator
Ability to learn technical solutions and curiosity in how they work

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters' Degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent with a graduation date after August 2019.

Preferred Skills: 
Ability to learn complex subjects quickly
Excellent Communicator
