Job Description

A critical role that assists the Sales & Account Management team in driving bookings through Sabre with existing and new suppliers.  
The role will include growing sales and additional ad hoc duties to help drive growth in hotel bookings and revenue.

Duties:
•    Assists Sales and Account Management in Identifying and developing highly complex marketing programs designed to produce sales opportunities globally
•    Effectively works with Sales and Account Management to target potential campaign opportunities based on available analytics  
•    Develops strategic alignment with internal departments.  Including Product Marketing, Billing, Operations and Reporting team
•    Sabre Media Hotel Product marketing expert - interfacing with customers prior to, during and after the Sabre Media marketing sale   
•    Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
•    Establishes positive relationships with customers and accounts in order to solidify renewal opportunities 
•    Monitors media products performance and provides the customer with recommendations for optimization
•    Responsible for maintaining and adding value add to all elements of customer reporting, including customization, newly developed report needs, and suggesting relevant enhancements
•    Schedules and holds customer calls to review monthly media performance
•    Analyzes customer data/database to define areas of improvement and increase Sabre booking production
•    Open communications with management on areas of potential interests outside of media to help grow supplier bookings
•    Works toward mutual goals and objectives
•    Establish and manage an effective business relationship with customers/accounts via innovative strategies to maximize sales and/or bookings
 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and some industry experience in hospitality or other related field. 
 

EXPERIENCE:  
•    5-7 years-experience marketing, travel support/sales
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
•    Excellent communication and relationship skills
•    Internally motivated and goal driven
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Process oriented and attention to detail
•    A versatile management professional
•    Understanding of travel distribution and Sabre technology
•    Advanced computer software skills.  Proficient in:  Sabre, HotelVision, Salesforce, and exceeds in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
