Job Description

Sabre Corporation believes in investing in people and has been building a world class senior leadership team over the last year. A great opportunity has arisen for an APAC HR Business Partner to join our HR team reporting into the APAC Human Resources Director. This is an opportunity to help shape the HR function and company culture in a very successful business with a talented employee population.

Business Partnering:

  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices to deliver and embed people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management, reinforcing the importance of coaching, continuous feedback and taking ownership for personal development.
  • Translate current and future business needs into overall integrated strategic workforce plan, leveraging on data analytics, industry benchmarks and trends
  • Act as catalyst for change and innovation; drive cultural changes to improve organizational effectiveness and embed leadership principles.
  • Identify and develop talents, develop succession plans and manage the talent pipeline within the business
  • Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships with senior management
  • Experience with working in diverse, distributed, cross-cultural environments
  • A strong intellect and credible academic background.
  • An open, collaborative and completely apolitical working style.
