Job Description

 

In the rapidly evolving world of Online travel, Data & Analytics are driving growth and next generation innovations.  We are looking for a few strong analysts to join our vibrant & growing Global Online organization.  You will be working with a high-caliber cross-functional team of Online business leaders and technology experts.  Your responsibility is to uncover valuable customer insights based on rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and specific customer needs.  Our success is measured by profitable growth of our Online portfolio.

 

  • Employ various sources of data to synthesize market trends, key factors and players for Sabre Online business and customers
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional Online teams to deepen understanding of each customer’s goals, challenges, and needs
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize key customers’ growth opportunities based on impactful analytics
  • Provide relevant data and insights for Global Online business strategy, planning, and on-going performance tracking

Job Requirements

 

  • Proficient in statistical analysis / modeling, and experienced in data visualization. Programming experience is highly desirable 
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Take ownership, with demonstrated drive for excellence and perseverance
  • Comfortable diving into complex systems/issues and business problems, and able to quickly grasp/define ambiguous situations
  • Excellent presentation skills to simplify complex product, technical and analytical insights to a business audience and vice versa
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese

 

EDUCATION: 
Bachelor's or graduate degrees in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or Economics

 

EXPERIENCE: 
5+ years related experience in e-commerce and/or travel
