Job Description


Principal Tech Sales & Support (Solutions Engineers) assist the Sales team in a pre-sales role to support the qualification, management and closure of new and existing client sales opportunities.  The Solutions Engineer will also communicate the trending client needs and emerging marketplace requirements to the broader organization.  The Solutions Engineer works across different organizational departments to influence product pricing and packaging and creates specific solutions in order to satisfy revenue opportunities in conjunction with the Sales and Customer Teams.  The role relies heavily on a close collaboration with prospective and existing customers enabling the Solutions Engineer to become a key contributor to our product strategy and direction. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Become an expert on the Radixx / Sabre products and solutions
  • Question and listen to customers to determine their business needs
  • Create and deliver Product and Services Presentations that will win prospective customers
  • Support Product Delivery as a Subject Matter Expert as required
  • Act as a Product Owner in support of specialized feature sets as required
  • Articulate the value propositions of future development initiatives
  • Research competitor offerings and understand Radixx / Sabre advantages
  • Create solutions that will leverage already existing system functionality
  • Document findings from customer conversations and distribute to interested parties
  •

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in aviation-related field
  • Understanding of the Software Development Process and SaaS delivery models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to understand, present and convey complex technical concepts
  • Willingness to travel and be a road warrior
  • Ability to work in a high-stress and multi-tasked environment
