Job Description

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Understand customers’ objectives and business deeply, develop strategies for maximizing performance, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Act as the primary commercial lead for analyzing and managing revenue and shopping performance for their customer.
  • Deliver qualified consulting approach to improve your customer business. 
  • Responsible for formulating, delivering and maintaining account performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments, develop insightful analysis of market trends and customer performance, and prepare and execute professional presentations to clients.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of sales activity in the pipeline and regularly report key sales metrics to management.

Job Requirements

·         Proven work experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or other relevant experience

·         Extensive expertise and knowledge of the online travel agency space, especially for flight bookings, and previous experience with travel technology products desired

·         Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in an online environment on the sales/business development/ marketing side; minimum 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred

·         Strong background and expertise in providing analysis and insights to enhance customer performance

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple sales channels and strategic relationships

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and account management plans

·         Tech-savvy with an ability to communicate technical product features effectively and enthusiastically

·         Excellent verbal and written English.

·         Ability to respond quickly to rapidly changing requirements.
