Job Description


This role will have responsibilities for contracting drafting, operations management, project management, and global support across the Air Supplier Line of Business primarily for the APAC region.  We work alongside the account directors, finance and other cross-functional teams to build commercial frameworks that result in well executed contracts that drive value for both Sabre and our airline customers.  As part of a concentrated but global team, this role is one of the few centralized functions in the Air LOB organization and therefore gets exposure to many different roles, departments, and levels – up to and including Sr Executives.  

This role reports directly to the Manager of Commercial and Contracts Management.



  • Contract drafting for Air, including end to end process management and coordination
  • Lead and support deal team to build out commercial models that align with Sabre’s objectives and overall air content strategy
  • Communicate and adhere to Sabre, audit and procedural processes
  • Project Management
  • Coordination and collaboration with all functional teams affected by Air agreements

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken word
  • Ability to understand and write language that is clear, concise and conveys intended meaning
  • Ability to problem solve with words
  • Ability to understand appropriate language to minimize risk
  • Commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
  • Ability to work well collaboratively across time zones and departments (legal, finance, accounting, tax, audit)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to interpret and understand financial models
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on a multitude of varying projects in addition to core responsibilities
  • Maniacal focus on ownership of results
  • Extreme focus and dedication to details while managing to a bigger picture
  • Willingness to champion organizational needs, and create and present solutions to Sr Executives
  • Outstanding skills in MS Office suite
  • Ability to see operational gaps, devise and implement processes to create greater organizational efficiencies
