Job Description

Responsibilities include selling TS products and services, maintaining and expanding customer relationships and meeting revenue goals for a small to medium size geographic territory. Role is required to meet quarterly revenue targets by retaining and expanding existing accounts as well as securing new accounts. Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and closing sales contracts. Manages customer expectations and ensures customers service standards are met. Develops and maintains relationships with decision makers and Senior Executives. Develops strategic account plans. Creative and self-motivated

  • Highly skilled professional that operates in an account leadership function to guide a team of product managers, portfolio executives, project and delivery experts to ensure accounts needs are fully satisfied and is delivered as committed with rigor and discipline.
  • Develops and executes a well-planned business development and engagement plan with the goal to exceed a given revenue and sales targets, as well as ensures account receivables are within company guidelines
  • Operates in a sales pursuit leadership function to either drive renewals and single solution pursuits, or for large complex pursuits, guide portfolio executives/Sales Resource(s), solution managers, project and delivery experts to qualify a lead, define the appropriate solution offering, manage the internal financial approval process and proposal generation in a disciplined well documented process
  • Provides a deep understanding of relevant aspects of airline operations business and distribution strategies.
  • Represents the business value, key functions and related business process for the entire Sabre Travel Solutions portfolio.
  • Fully understands all core aspects of the Sabre technology and Distribution portfolio.
  • Able to build confident and long-lasting relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills and is willing to continuously update their domain knowledge as well provide relevant and timely feedback to the senior management, product management, finance and marketing about status and direction of any responsible accounts.
  • Keeps internal reporting/sales force.com updated very timely so that the internal organization obtains an accurate status of key pursuits.
  • Provides valuable feedback on competitive market information and specific market demand or customer requirements that will help Sabre solutions to stay relevant and ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent,


  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar or comparable job; deep knowledge of airline operations and distribution strategies.
  • Must possess advanced computer software skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects/activities simultaneously essential.
  • Mature negotiation and presentation skills aside from language skills are essential assets for a successful job execution.
