Job Description

As a Principal Program Manager for Product Operations, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Product Development Lifecycle for the Radixx business unit.  

You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to deliver innovative products.
You should be comfortable working across time zones and through ambiguity bringing the necessary clarity through your interactions and documentation.
You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus practical constraints.  
You should possess an ability to take large, complex problems and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

•    Monitoring and improving daily product related functions as it pertains to the Product Development Lifecycle
•    Building processes based on corporate and product team goals
•    Work with product staff to measure the efficiency of product related systems and procedures
•    Maximize the efficiency of the Product Development Lifecycle (marketing, solutions, strategy and management) procedures
•    Define product KPIs across the different team disciplines and create processes to implement them across the teams
•    Provide support in daily operations for the different product disciplines with the goal of identifying and resolving issues as they arise
•    Based on the KPI’s and in collaboration with other leaders, establish the processes that will enable our business goals
•    Provide an overall framework to manage vendor relationships by being the primary liaison with finance as well as facilitate the operational and commercial meeting with the vendors.
•    Provide support to the Product team to monitor the financial (revenue and expenditures) performance of product vendors
•    Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
•    Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
•    On key initiatives:


  • Partner with cross functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, Delivery and Account Management to enable the delivery of products and projects as directed
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables, including implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies. 
  • Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with highest quality. 
  • Maintain urgency by ensuring there is strong collaboration within multiple parts of the business.
  • Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution
  • Regularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification and productivity.
