Job Description

Supervises the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives. Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and performance standards. Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates work flow. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Recognizes and recommends operational improvements. Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. May monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards. May approve special price concessions, quotes, bid allowances, or adjustments. May make hiring decisions and conduct performance appraisals. Typically serves as first line supervisor.

Job Requirements


EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1- 3 years related experience. Requires excellent understanding of the organization, products, and/or services. Excellent computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
