Job Description


Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Sales Support role to join the Sabre Russia team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Sales, the Senior Sales Support will be a result driven, commercially experienced specialist, capable of working with different teams and functions within an international matrix environment. As a Senior Sales Support, the incumbent will primarily support the local Sales team in executing processes required to monitor agency sales for Sabre Travel Solutions.  


General Description


•    Provides primary support to Accounts Sales Operations team in executing the daily, weekly, and monthly processes required to direct, manage, optimize, and monitor agency sales for Sabre Travel Solutions. 
•    Tracks and reports on sales performance against targets. Performs standard analysis summarizes insight using sales reports and basic ad hoc analysis. 
•    Coordinates and standardizes sales management processes across agency sales and/or executes short-term initiatives in support of sales goals, sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and global consistency. 
•    Prepares and/or consolidates sales management presentations, status reports, communications, etc. to communicate financial, sales, and operational performance to team.
•    Assist administrative and basic accounting tasks where required.

•    Strong organizational and analytical capabilities. 
•    Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
•    High level of confidentiality.
•    Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. 
•    Desire to learn and demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure. 
•    Self-motivated individual who can get things done.
•    Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
•    Understanding of travel industry
