Job Description

Sabre is looking for a talented  Office Manager  to join the Sabre Russia team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Russia and CIS, the Administrative Assistant will be an accountable, commercially experienced specialist, capable of working with different teams and functions within an international matrix environment. As a Contributor Administrative Assistant, the incumbent will support the local leadership team, manage all administrative local projects, drive results with organizational savvy, and anticipate and proactively solve arising issues.

 

•    Day-to-day office management 
•    Management of logistics for employee related events, happy hours, customer, and executive visits to Sabre offices 
•    Coordination of logistics beyond air travel relative to executive speaking engagements, industry/trade events, or user conferences 
•    Management of domestic and international travel (including Visas, ground and air transportation, and accommodation) 
•    Ability to take on special projects as needed
•    Assist administrative tasks where required
•    Accountable for advanced and confidential executive administrative support to the Head of Branch in Russia

Job Requirements

 

 

•    Experience supporting Management in large, matrixed/international organizations 
•    Strong organizational and project management capabilities 
•    Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills 
•    Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
•    High level of confidentiality 
•    Presentation skills, creating decks, and compelling communication are an advantage 
•    Proactiveness in solving problems
