Sabre Moscow is looking for a talented and forward-thinking individual to join our Delivery Team to work on agency conversion projects in Russia and Kazahstan.




•    Responsibility for customer conversion projects from planning to delivering
•    Install and configure Sabre standard products 
•    Execute in depth introductions and trainings to customers ambassadors on relevant products
•    Conducts education sessions for customers, 3rd parties, technology partners and content providers/suppliers as requiredDesign and conduct onsite and/or virtual training for customers agents on relevant products
•    Support change management processes to help the adaption to a new system environment 
•    If required: Installs and configures non-standard Sabre products, reference applications, 3rd parties and technology partner products 
•    Ensures successful integration and configuration of all required interfaces (e.g. Mid/Back Office, Corporate Booking Engines etc.) 
•    Works closely with 3rd parties and technology partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of their respective products 
•    Owns Sabre installations in complex customer environments including network configuration 
•    Executes in depth introductions and trainings to customers ambassadors for complex and/or non-standard Sabre or tech partner products 
•    Engages other experts, developers, and resources as required (Internal and external). 
•    Identifies new technical opportunities for products, services and revenue generation to feedback to the Sabre product organization 
•    Customer onsite assistance with floorwalking in a day to day operations 
•    Work closely with customer support teams & across all operational verticals 
•    Promotes global cooperation, collaboration and partnerships between individuals and groups 
•    Prepares operating manuals and references for customers 
•    Manages beta tests and releases for new Sabre functionalities, Sabre’s core product platform, non-standard Sabre products, reference applications, 3rd parties and technology partner products roll-out within area(s) of expertise

Job Requirements

•    Proven experience in travel industry, including E2E workflow & common operations knowledge 
•    Proven technical experience in customer facing situations focused on consulting positioning and implementing technical proposals and solutions within the travel industry. 
•    Functional and technical experience in technical troubleshooting and/or system support and/or analysis 
•    Detailed knowledge of Sabre solutions 
•    In-depth experience of working with Corporate and Leisure travel agencies across Russia

•    Proactive approach to technical problem solving and customer engagements  
•    Ability to analyze, identify and resolve complex problems in daily operations. 
•    An innovative thinker who has the ability to approach situations from a different yet logical perspective. 
•    Technical expert of development tools, including API’s, Web Services 
•    Minimum 3 years of hands-on GDS experience;
•    Experience in customer implementations; project management experience is a plus 
•    Have proven knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
•    General understanding and usability of computers and networks 
•    Creative individual with strong analytical and solution oriented skills 
•    Ability to connect with a variety of audiences at all levels within and outside Sabre 
•    Strong verbal communication and listening skills internal and external 
•    Highly developed communication and presentation skills. 
•    Understands the complexity of a fast-paced technology business and works well in a matrix organization. 
•    Team player with experience of working with different cultures in a global environment 
•    Fluent Russian; Advanced (upper-intermediate) written and verbal English
•    Flexible to travel on business as required.
