Job Description

Hospitality Solutions (HS) provides distribution, operations and marketing solutions to the hotel industry. Hospitality Solutions is used by more than 35,000 properties around the world.  Its integrated reservations systems, property management system, distribution and marketing services help hotels increase revenue, identify savings, and improve customer service and satisfaction.

The Hospitality Solutions Billing team – based at Montevideo Center - operates under the umbrella of Sabre Finance team. We are responsible for billing and invoicing all HS customers and products across the world. We create and deliver invoices, we generate, analyze and provide valuable billing and financial information always providing extraordinary customer service to support stakeholders within and outside the company (external Customers, Sales and Account Management teams, Finance and Accounting).

 

Job Description

 

Oversees HS Billing support operation ensuring monthly completion on invoice delivery and billing support providing outstanding customer service to Sabre Hospitality customers.

Organize and supervise a team of billing analysts in charge of customer inquiries, concerns and disputes received through written and/or live communication (inbound or outbound calls).

Create, collaborate and drive procedures and systems change to increase efficiency to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction according to internal audit guidelines and SOX standards.

Ensures billing analysts are properly trained and developing in the role and/or pursuing career development.

Identify and develop individual and group strengths and/or areas of improvement.
Perform regular evaluations and conduct feedback discussions.
Drive individual and team performance, helps build support strategy and participates in special projects applying creative solutions and focused on technology and innovation.

Establish and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
Resolve Human Resources related issues.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff.
Motivate employees and recognize team and individual achievements,
Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small/large groups, with peers, direct reports, bosses and senior leaders.
Ensures established goals are met and is responsible for adherence to budget and forecasts.

Coordinates with different departments to ensure accounting and finance standards are met and works towards alignment.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree.

Excellent level of spoken and written English.
Analytical mindset and open to work under pressure with deadlines.
Sense of urgency.
Prior people management experience preferable.
Good computer knowledge of Microsoft systems and other complex systems.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer support.
Skilled at priority setting.
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Skilled at employee coaching, motivation and development.
Able to work in a matrixed environment interacting with various departments.
