Job Description

Organize and supervise a team of financial analysts located in Montevideo with the purpose of providing outstanding support and service to our Global Corporate Finance team, primarily located in Montevideo.

Primary duties include analysis such as contract-to-cash collection integrity (contract and billing analysis), pricing and transaction level data analysis, basic accounting duties, and general financial analysis and support.

Create, collaborate and drive procedures and systems change to increase data efficiency to ensure accuracy and improve the team’s performance and service level to internal stakeholders.

Ensures FP&A analysts are properly trained and developing in the role and/or pursuing career development.

Drive individual and team performance, helps build support strategy and participates in special projects applying creative solutions and focused on technology and innovation.

Identify and develop individual and group strengths and/or areas of improvement.

Perform regular evaluations and conduct feedback discussions.

Establish and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Resolve Human Resources related issues.

Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff.

Motivate employees and recognize team and individual achievements.

Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small/large groups, with peers, direct reports, bosses and senior leaders.

Ensures established goals are met and responsible for adherence to budget and forecasts.

Coordinates with different departments (i.e. accounting, billing, sales operations) to ensure accounting and finance standards are met and works towards alignment.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree.

3-5 years of related experience

Excellent (fluent) level of spoken and written English.

Analytical mindset and open to work under pressure with deadlines.

Prior people management experience preferable.

Good computer knowledge of Microsoft systems and other complex systems.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Sense of urgency.

Skilled at priority setting.

Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Skilled at employee coaching, motivation and development.

Able to work in a global matrixed environment interacting with various departments.
