Job Description

A role that specifically supports Sabre’s Enterprise Accounts with respect to their GDS Media requirements in order to drive more bookings through the Sabre GDS.    

 

Duties:

  • Working directly with the Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the Enterprise Account and the Enterprise Account Media Team, fulfilling campaign requirements.
  • Manages the daily operation of advertising production, overseeing ad uploads and inventory control for the account
  • Ensure the effective exchange of information and assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate and timely posting of ad banners
  • Performs quality assurance checks on ad materials to ensure that content is ready for upload on the server
  • Follows up to ensure timely uploading and operation of ads. Uploads ads and troubleshoots upload problems
  • Delegates work to other media team members as necessary
  • Maintains ongoing liaison with advertisers, traffic departments of ad agencies, the ad sales team and web hosting departments to ensure smooth ad placement and the resolution of issues with posted ads.
  • Manage the Media email box specifically for the enterprise account
  • Works toward mutual goals and objectives

Job Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years related experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has expert knowledge of ad server and inventory technology.  Understanding of Hospitality and GDS

 

SKILLS: 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with senior team members both internally and externally as well relationship building skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Internally motivated and goal driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Process oriented and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ad server and inventory technology would be a bonus but training will be provided
  • Graphic Design knowledge
  • Understanding of travel distribution and Sabre technology
  • Advanced computer software skills.  Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap4 plus Sabre GDS, Salesforce, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
