Job Description

As a member of the Business Development team, the Partner Operations Manager provides oversight of the Airline Solutions 3rd party Strategic Partner Program.   The Ops Manager engages functional teams across AS to establish policies and processes for partnering and oversees and monitors financial, strategic and tactical aspects of our partner program. Further, this individual is responsible for maintaining partner resources and serves as the escalation channel for Partners, Solution Managers, Accounting, and other functional areas to address and resolve operational issues.   The position requires exceptional problem solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills as well as the ability to navigate partner and Sabre organizations effectively to identify, manage, and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

The Ops Manager will…

  • Evolve Sabre’s partnering model by regularly reaffirming and introducing best practices into the program and fostering a partnering culture within the business.
  • Work together with the Business Development team leader to develop and execute Sabre’s strategy for partnerships to drive revenue growth and support solution strategies.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain key partner tools, templates and frameworks for functional team usage during all phases of the partnering process.
  • Lead partner integration into Sabre’s standard business processes and back office resources, including sales, contract management, financial, marketing and product management systems.
  • Oversee the organizational readiness and launch processes for new partnerships.
  • Provide partner performance and reporting oversight for consistent and accurate analysis. 
  • Provide a first line of contact for triaging and resolve partner and partner-customer related issues.
  • Lead corporate initiatives for partners for risk mitigation and compliance.
