We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various business units’ needs.  If you are a proactive, organized, and logical thinker, and have a passion to determine solutions to best streamline processes, please consider joining our team.


  • Define and document business requirements that will best improve processes
  • Daily administration and monitoring of SFDC software
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Manage data feeds and other integrations
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Assist in training of new users, team members, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Create and maintain Salesforce training materials
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate.

Job Requirements


  • 3+ years’ experience performing Service Cloud and Community Cloud configuration
  • Admin certified
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities integrating with external systems and/or using custom code (Apex, s-controls), a plus
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little to average amount of supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality
  • Good project management skills
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong testing skills
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Team player with positive “Can-do” attitude
  • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
