Pricing Support Analyst - Contributor

We offer you to join our Air Pricing Operations (APO) team who plays a key role in the support of one of the world's largest and most sophisticated airline pricing systems (Sabre Air). Our globally located team of air pricing experts works together daily to provide superior pricing and shopping solutions and support to travel agencies, airlines and joint venture customers around the world. Our functions include Problems Support and Resolution. Air Pricing Operations has a high level interaction with many teams from Sabre such as TSD - Development, Marketing, Software Support, and Airline Solutions. We actively participate in development projects providing technical as well as customer insight.

  
You will:

  • Provide high quality pricing and shopping support initiated by our global customers including airlines, Sabre Help Desks, online agencies, and Joint Ventures
  • Analyze those customer problems related to pricing by using diagnostic tools to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action in a timely manner
  • Escalate with proper documentation to Pricing Resolution (3rd level) on complex pricing issues.
  • Track problems so that recurring problems can be reported to product development.
  • Analyze and research debit memos and audit issues on moderately complex pricing issues.
  • Analyze debit memos using diagnostic tools to identify pricing problems and makes accurate reimbursement recommendations in accordance with the Sabre Fare Guarantee Policy.
  • Work effectively with Pricing Resolution (3rd level) to resolve more complex and ongoing issues.
  • Log and track all relevant research and communication information using the tools provided.
  • Ensure all customer or account team interactions occur with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Collaborates with team members on continuous improvement of processes and enhancement of their skills.

-  Shift work may be required.
