Job Description

The Partner Financial Analyst manages a range of financial, reporting and other support activities critical to the success of Sabre Airline Solutions strategic 3rd party partnerships.  The Analyst will monitor and manage partner financial activities with differing commercial models – ensuring timely payments to partners, receiving payments from partners, and ensuring customers are invoiced where partner activities are billable.   The Analyst will help maintain the partner program and support strategic corporate initiatives that require input from or about partnerships.  The position requires exceptional problem solving and communication skills and the ability to navigate partner and Sabre organizations to identify and resolve issues and handle daily support needs. 

The Partner Operations Analyst will…

 

  • Facilitate set up of new partners to enable partner payments and/or invoicing
  • Forecast funding requirements and create funding requests to pay partners
  • Process partner invoices and ensure payments are timely and in compliance with guidelines
  • Ensure customers are invoiced for billable partner expenses
  • Develop, monitor, and validate reporting of partner transaction volumes and commissions due Sabre
  • Ensure partners are invoiced for commissions due
  • Monitor receivables and aging, ensuring partner payments are received and correctly applied
  • Monitor other partner activity and reports (like SLAs) to ensure compliance with agreements and assess financial impacts of non-compliance
  • Support strategic corporate initiatives, assessing and responding to requests as it relates to partners
  • Maintain partner contracts in team database and support transition to a corporate contract management system
  • Manage Sabre partner program financial reporting
  • Work with head of Business Development team to manage team P&L

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required: Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • 2+ years of applicable analytical experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and database application skills
  • Solid relationship building skills  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a broad range of personalities in different functions and at different levels
  • Results-oriented to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion
  • Desire and tenacity to stick with difficult problems through to resolution
  • Ability to plan and execute responsibilities independently as well as work well as part of a team
