Job Description

• Provides second level support regarding air booking and connectivity issues.

• Responsible for responding to moderately complex customer inquiries regarding company products.

• Recommends solutions to internal and external customers.

• Analyzes scenarios using diagnostic tools to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action.

• Interfaces with various other departments including suppliers for resolution of customer inquiries.

• Follows-up and escalates unresolved problems to ensure resolution is accomplished

• Tracks contacts to identify trends and provide feedback to internal departments and to customers.

Job Requirements

• Ability to absorb knowledge easily over a short period of time

Business Skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent written skills

• Proficient in using computer software products and working knowledge of Internet usage

• GDS knowledge

• Travel industry knowledge

• Knowledge of ARC and BSP



Professional fluency in written and spoken English - proficient level required.



• Contact center / customer service experience

• Travel industry experience

• Experience with airline reservations highly desired.
