Job Description


  • Responsible for managing large and strategic clients, both fully Sabre and/or Side-by-Side.
  • Accountable for meeting Operational Plan, both in terms of booking revenue and profitability.
  • Responsible for retaining all clients in territory under business parameters in terms of profitability and growth.
  • Manages contractual obligations and makes adjustments accordingly (volume and/or share commitment, product adoption, etc.)
  • Develops strategic business plan and conducts regular business review meetings with all clients in designated territory.
  • Responsible for generating new business within territory, both core GDS content and strategic products. 
  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary.
  • This position is fully knowledgeable about company products.


Job Requirements


  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 15+ years’ experience in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge in GDSs, airlines and travel agencies as well as content fragmentation and E2E solutions
  • Strong and proven analytical, commercial and negotiation skills 
  • Financial acumen, as must assess key P&L drivers (NPV, margins, EBITDA, etc.) 
  • Tech-savvy, enough to engage client and key decision makers on technological projects/development
  • Recognized as technical expert by internal and external peers.
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of Sabre products and procedures. Exercises independent judgment.
  • Advanced/fluent English is a must.
  • Knowledge resource on multiple and simultaneous projects/initiatives across the company for a variety of internal/external customers.
  • Serves in a variety of roles such as team/customer advisor or project manager.
  • Operates with broad latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions.
  • Decisions have significant impact on project team, business or operating unit, budget, departments and/or clients.
