Job Description

As Sabre Hospitality continues to build its customer base in EMEA, we are seeking to recruit a motivated, target-driven, sales-oriented individual to lead business development efforts in Europe. The successful candidate will have relevant experience and be responsible for effectively defining and implementing the appropriate sales & business development strategy across the assigned territory to grow our customer base with leading hotel brands.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the direct sale of Sabre Hospitality products and services to strategically expand our business into Europe.
  • Calls on prospective c-level contacts, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations
  • Represents the company to the customer in sales-related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary. This position is fully knowledgeable about company products.
  • Establishes target list and short range strategies to attain key business plan objectives of new sales.
  • Quotes and negotiates pricing options and explains contractual obligations to potential customers.
  • Closes sales; goal is to meet profitability and growth objectives.
  • Develops strategic business/sales plans, maintains sales records in company CRM.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum 8 years related experience, whereby the candidate has demonstrated success in consultative selling to hospitality industry.
  • Strong relationship builder; Capable of relating well at all levels.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Good knowledge of hospitality technology solutions (Distribution; Revenue Management; PMS etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English and other European Languages (German preferred)
