Job Description

 

Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our Demand Operations Team! This position will be based in Richmond, UK, reporting to the Demand Operations Team Leader who is based in Southlake at our HDQ location. In this role, you will be an integral part of a global marketing teams and have peers across The Americas, EMEA and APAC. 


In our increasingly digital environments, the need to showcase how marketing priorities can deliver business results is crucial.  We’re looking for someone to support our digital transformation efforts, a key initiative at Sabre. In this role, you will become an advocate and voice for the power of marketing automation and digital transformation for the business. This is a role in which you will take ownership for delivering new capabilities and will be responsible for continued education to ensure the internal teams are adopting and leveraging the tools to the maximum potential The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the marketing team to understand business needs and then lead the defining, implementing, and deploying of new processes to support those needs. 


•    Bring forth best practice research in B2B marketing and identify opportunities within Sabre business to continually apply these best practices.
•    Work across global marketing team and supporting functions, such as Sales Operations and Product Management to create and implement digital-led marketing processes in line with business KPIs. (eg, lead generation and lead nurture programs, Account-Based Marketing, increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions, and conversion and retention of business).
•    Educate marketing team colleagues on benefits of evolved processes and share how to use new processes in practice.
•    Act as consultant to fellow marketing team members during marketing activity planning exercises, encouraging adoption of consistent usage of marketing automation tools.
•    Understand marketing technology landscape and evaluate Sabre marketing technology stack, providing business justification and use cases for increased technology adoption. 
•    Support the development and execution of email, demand generation, and multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns 
•    Create landing pages, form fills and automated workflows that capture and re-engage leads and contacts
•    Build lead scoring and lead grading programs that engage and nurture contacts to a point where sales teams can follow up and convert to opportunities
•    Management of list segmentation, email compliance, email creation, campaign workflow development across the marketing automation system platforms
•    Management of database - addition of new contacts, removal of old or dead contacts, ensuring marketing database is clean, updated and adherent to Sabre Privacy Policy
•    Leverage Salesforce and Pardot reporting tools to create and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to optimize and improve results


 

Job Requirements

•    3-5 years successful marketing experience, ideally with global, b2b technology company/ies. 
•    Minimum 3 years successful experience with marketing automation platforms – Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred
•    Understanding of the technology sector and particularly experience with go-to-market product launches is an advantage. experience in the travel sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
•    Proficient and knowledgeable in demand generation, including the use of salesforce and tracking campaign performance through the sales funnel. solid understanding and experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot is also a must. 
•    Experienced in leading projects with excellent project management skills. ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects at once. 
•    Ability to understand sabre business in order to accurately structure tools and processes to meet unique business needs
•    Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead demand operations activities globally, having accountability for results and deliverables
•    Well versed in marketing metrics, data driven insights and the use of marketing automation tools to measure effectiveness and of marketing activities (campaigns, events, strategic communications, etc.) 
•    Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
•    Highly collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication skills. comfortable presenting marketing plans and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
