Senior EMEA Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced field marketer to join the EMEA Regional Marketing team.  The role is based in our Richmond office in London (working remotely initially until the office re-opens pending Covid-19 government guidelines), reporting to the EMEA Regional Manager based in the same location.  The candidate will deliver global and regional marketing activity consistently and effectively in the EMEA markets.  This includes input of local marketing needs into global campaigns and the development of new regional initiatives to meet the EMEA commercial goals.  The candidate will work seamlessly with our product and commercial organizations to deliver the best ROI for marketing investment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMEA marketing plan, defining the marketing mix that drives brand consideration, pipeline growth and adoption of technology solutions as well as retention of existing business.
• Execute industry and customer events as well as sponsorship and speaker placements.
• Deliver campaigns through the optimum mix of online and offline channels to create sales leads at best ROI.
• Plan and implement specialized programs designed to accelerate the sales pipeline across a broad volume of accounts.
• Design and execute Account Based Marketing programs including research to build marketing insights, strategic planning, marketing communications content and measurement

Job Requirements

• You will deliver excellent and impactful marketing to support EMEA commercial teams achieve challenging targets. Working extensively with stakeholders across the region will ensure marketing tactics are driving the contribution required, whilst leveraging global marketing activity will maximize return on investment.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3-4 years successful marketing experience, ideally with global technology company/ies.
• Understanding of the technology sector and particularly experience with Go-To-Market product launches is an advantage. Experience in the travel sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should be able to demonstrate how they implemented trackable and measurable campaign activity that had a business impact.
• Account-based marketing knowledge and experience is desirable but not mandatory.  The candidate should understand how to deploy account-based marketing even if not experienced.
