Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager EMEA - APAC


This role will be critical for driving the Sales Enablement strategy in EMEA and APAC regions and establishing a common global selling culture at Sabre Hospitality Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join leading travel technology brand as we continue to develop strategically in the EMEA and APAC regions. Flexible location: United Kingdom / Germany / Spain.

• Provide coaching services on a one-to-one/ one-to-many basis to sales teams and sales
leaders on sales methodology and sales skills
• Deliver sales methodology & sales skills training to sales teams, sales leaders and
supporting functions
• Partner with sales teams and leaders to promote adoption of Sales Enablement programs
and drive sales excellence
• Report and measure enablement program progress through business KPIs, and provide
recommendations for further adoption
• Conduct needs assessments and “spot checks” to ensure consistent global adoption of
sales methodology and other programs
• Apply a blended learning approach when appropriate for training program initiatives: live
class, virtually and recording on demand
• Support Instructional Designers in the creation of E-learning and other On Demand
training content and courseware
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other Global Sales Enablement roles, Sales, Sales
Operations, Marketing and HR colleagues
• Manage tactical and operational training execution and coaching sessions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or local equivalent
• Proven experience on B2B Sales Coaching
• 5+ years training B2B sales & leadership teams (sales tools, product, skills, methodology,
process and the alike), preferably in technology
• Certifications in Miller Heiman’s Conceptual / Strategic Selling (or other Sales
Methodologies) or has delivered sales methodology training strongly preferred
• Former experience in B2B sales (technology) preferred
• Salesforce (SFDC) experience preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
• Experience in Adult Learning Principles / Theory
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English required. An extra language preferred
• Understanding of Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE
• Go global / act local mentality with experience coaching and training internationally
meeting the needs of colleagues globally
• Strong team player, with an ability to also work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective facilitator / collaborator / consultant
• Strong project management skills. Proactive, collaborative and meets deadlines
• Domestic and international travel might be required for this role
