Regional EMEA Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced all round Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA Regional Marketing team.  The role reports to the Senior Manager for EMEA Regional Marketing and Global Strategic Pursuits and will remotely manage a culturally diverse team across the region.  The primary responsibility of this position is to implement the EMEA marketing plan which will support the EMEA Commercial strategy and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, manage and motivate team of Regional Marketing Executives   to develop and execute regional marketing plans
• Strong leadership skills to create good team cohesion and effective working across the EMEA regional portfolio
• Develop team marketing knowledge, grow planning, analytical and digital capabilities
• Drive an integrated approach with Marketing peers in Brand, Customer Segment Marketing and Customer Engagement functions 
• Foster a strong relationship between EMEA Sales and Marketing at market level. Ensure close collaboration with Sales teams to ensure messaging and activities are aligned around commercial growth objectives and customer needs
• Build and implement a Go-To-Market strategy to enter new markets when required
• Design and deliver customer events that add value and impact to sales pipeline

 

Job Requirements


• University degree, preferably with Marketing or Business focus
• Proven experience in managing teams and good leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring individuals
• Understanding of the technology sector and particularly experience with Go-To-Market product launches is an advantage. Experience in the travel sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should be able to demonstrate how they implemented trackable and measurable campaign activity that had a business impact.
• Account-based marketing knowledge and preferably experience.  The candidate should be able to demonstrate how to deploy account-based marketing at either 1-to-1, 1-to-few or 1-Many.
• Experienced in event management – specifically on the management of the comms process and tracking ROI and performance based on event KPIs.
