Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Proactively prospect and qualify new Online Travel opportunities throughout EMEA and direct the sale to the Online segment
•    Exceed semi-annual and annual revenue goals 
•    Develop sales strategies, respond to RFPs and generate proposals that meet the Online team objectives 
•    Undertsand, analyze and manipulate internal and external data, into meaningful and actionable insights for the purpose of prospecting and targeting new onliune customers
•    Prepare detailed sales reports, and make informed suggestions on how to improve the sales pipeline and boost profitability
•    Closely study and analyze past sales data to determine trends in productivity
•    Conduct research and monitor the competition and the surrounding market
•    Complete financial, volume, and competitive analyses
•    Attend and participate during sales strategy meetings
•    Provide customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives
•    Develop and nurture multiple key customer relationships, complemented with superior customer service
•    Collaborate with the product team to create solutions tailored to exceed client expectations 
•    Communicate pipeline forecasts to, and, set sales strategy with Sales Director 
•    Full accountability for leading business development and sales efforts for a portfolio of leading Online Travel Agency prospective customers 
•    Set a strategic vision for the online segment and aggressively execute against it 
•    Help drive changes to the commercial model and bring new revenue streams 
•    Deliver sustainable profit as well as the market share growth of the online segment
•    Support a team of sales and account managers with efforts resulting in the development and implementation of designated sales initiatives and business plans through the use od data
•    Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented with superior customer service 
•    Provide prospective customers with a consultative sales experience and build long term strategic relationships 
•    Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure optimal market penetration 
•    Maintain a high level of customer involvement and is responsible for establishing Sabre as the key leader in the online segment. 
•    Maintain relationships with existing  Online customers in order to establish a strong host of references
•    Negotiate large SaaS deals with travel agencies and successfully close pursuits
•    Deliver additional profit through products and services at conversion and new sale development
•    Comfortably present products and services to all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
•    Meet and exceed annual financial and booking quota’s for Online bookings
•    Work with Account Management, Implementation and all other entities within Sabre in order to ensure efficient integration and customer satisfaction
•    Identify emerging technology trends and their implications to our business including tracking competitive activity and providing to the management team in-depth insights 
 

Job Requirements

•    Educated to degree level or equivalent 
•    A high level of commercial and business acumen 
•    5 to 10 years sales experience in the online space. 
•    Tech-savvy with ability to communicate technical product features effectively and enthusiastically to C-suite audience at Online Travel Agencies
•    Knowledge of travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products preferred.
•    Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen. 
•    Extensive understanding of the EMEA online market landscape including competitive information, key trends, opportunities and threats. 
•    Strong organizational and proven leadership abilities. 
•    Proven ability of influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix organization. 
•    Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills. 
•    Experience of working across EMEA would be a distinct advantage
•    Superior presentation skills a must.
•    Strong Interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously. 
•    Fluency in English, other European language skills would be beneficial.
•    Travel across EMEA required
