Job Description


Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Team. Reporting to the Demand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent brand experience across all channels, building coherent customer journeys and helping ensure our marketing campaigns are highly effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer journey development and web UX, experience of developing content strategies to support these journeys, knowledge of SEO and keyword development and be skilled in using data and analytics to identify and action improvements. They will be comfortable working across the marketing team to understand business needs, reconcile competing priorities, and be skilled in influencing multiple stakeholders to gain support for new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop customer journeys to and through sabre web properties (primarily sabre.com) to influence and generate interest amongst key customer segments
•    Map the “As is” state and develop & implement “To be” journeys, working with content leads, web teams and campaign managers
•    Collaborate with the web team to create the best possible web UX
•    Help develop “Always On” content plans for key audiences, identifying available/missing content and helping structure multi-channel nurture plays 
•    Build and deliver the SEO strategy, defining keywords, influencing content development and managing organic and paid search activity
•    Align with Social Media team to fully leverage organic channels and integrate with content strategy
•    Analyze performance of all activities and recommend/implement improvements

Job Requirements

•    5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally with global, b2b technology companies
•    Proven ability to build coherent customer journeys across complex websites with multiple audiences, segments and products
•    Experience of developing and/or implementing content strategies across digital channels
•    Strong understanding of SEO, especially keyword and on page content development. A good understanding of technical aspects of SEO, and use of platforms like SEMRush an advantage
•    A good understanding of social media channels and how to integrate as part of multi-channel experience
•    Experience of using marketing analytics and data to drive decision making
•    Experienced in leading projects with excellent project management skills. ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects at once
•    Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead digital activities globally, having accountability for results and deliverables
•    Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines
•    Knowledge of Marketing Automation approaches to “Always On” and nurture plays an advantage, but not critical
•    Some experience of using paid channels to drive contact acquisition also an advantage, but not critical
