Job Description

Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Team. Reporting to the Demand Marketing Director, you will help define the roadmap that transforms our marketing operations and then ensure we are executing against this in line with the plan. If you have experience in leading Marketing Operations teams and a passion for delivering truly effective and measurable marketing programs then we want to hear from you!


In this role, together with your team, you will lead our ongoing digital transformation, building out and fully leveraging our technology stack, driving increased alignment between marketing and sales functions, and generating clear insights to optimize and increase marketing’s impact.
A solid understanding of Demand Marketing, an ability to set and implement a clear strategy, lead and inspire your team and influence others are the most important requirements.


From a day-to-day perspective, you will be involved in:


•    Marketing Automation –ensuring we fully leverage Marketing Automation capabilities, defining efficient and repeatable processes and helping deliver highly targeted and relevant communications to multiple customer segments
•    CRM – working closely with Sales Ops teams to align the functions and optimize the way we work together. Ensuring the integration between Pardot and Salesforce meets marketing requirements.
•    Data strategy – increasing our ability to accurately segment contacts and accounts, based on firmographic and behavioral data
•    ABM – supporting ABM teams to ensure we can deliver successful Account based campaigns and activities
•    Reporting & Analysis – establishing robust reporting and analytics that truly measure marketing’s impact on the business 

 

Job Requirements


•    5+ years Marketing Operations experience, ideally within sizeable B2B companies
•    Extensive experience of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms
•    Solid understanding of data segmentation and targeting and the importance of data quality and consistency
•    People management skills and previous experience in leading small teams
•    Ability to lead projects with excellent project management skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects at once
•    Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead digital activities globally, having accountability for results and deliverables
•    Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines
