Job Description


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive marketer to join our Campaign Team! You’ll report in to the Head of Campaigns and Creative, and be part of a global team with colleagues and peers across The Americas, EMEA and APAC. 
You will help shape and drive key marketing communications and campaigns, taking business objectives and turning them into highly targeted, digital-led campaigns to effectively reach and influence our customer segments (airlines and travel agencies predominantly).
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that has passion for technology and can recommend and deliver the best creative strategy, channels and tactics to meet the objectives of global multichannel marketing campaigns.

Our EMEA Headquarters are in Richmond, London – you’ll have flexibility to work from home some of the time, with between 20-60% of your time spent in the office

Job Requirements

What will you achieve? 

•    Create and implement digital-led campaign plans in line with business KPI’s. Define and recommend the marketing mix per individual campaign objective (eg, lead generation or brand awareness) and define project timelines, set KPIs, facilitate the creative approach, coordinate execution including; agency management, approvals, deployment of communications, overseeing launch to market, internal communication and reporting.
•    In partnership with customer and product teams, create, deliver and manage marketing content, including; blogs, white papers, case studies, social media posts, websites, infographics and videos.
•    Support a range of marketing activities such as industry and customer events (including virtual events), sponsorships and ABM activities – all while keeping the customer and brand experience front of mind. 
•    Work with and effectively brief creative partners and marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class creative assets.

Must Have Skills:


•    Min. 2 years professional marketing experience. 
•    Experience in campaign and/or event execution and strong project management skills. 
•    Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business units.  
•    Solid judgement with the ability to seek help and push back when needed. 
•    A passion and understanding of modern digital marketing techniques such as social media, digital content marketing, marketing automation and account-based marketing. 
•    Understanding of the importance of measurement and tracking of marketing performance and ability to set appropriate campaign objectives and KPI’s. 
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. 


Nice To Have Skills:

•    Experience working across a matrixed organization where there are multiple stakeholders to manage. 
•    Experience using marketing automation tools such as Pardot. 
•    Experience working with and briefing marketing agencies and creative freelancers. 
•    Basic copywriting skills for marketing communications such as emails and social media posts. 
•    Detail-oriented and creative, with and an understanding of what ‘good’ looks like for B2B technology marketing campaigns. 
•    Solid understanding of using social media for business. 
•    A curiosity for the travel industry, ecosystem and market conditions, including competitor analysis.
