Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
As a Sales Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest and more important travel agencies around the world offering them one of the best payments solutions in the travel industry and make them feel that travel payments are easy, seamless, efficient and beneficial.


What will you achieve? 

•    You will be the key person to help to build a strong sales support area and support the Heads of Corporate Payments and the Head of Agency Payments making available all set of tools to the commercial team to improve their performance, increase the unit and the company revenues. Also working with the wider Sabre Global Distribution System sales teams and account managers to accelerate Sales to cash.
•    You will support the commercial teams (Sales & Growth) on all the commercial aspects including but not limited to:
1.    Sales Cycle Monitoring, find opportunities for improvements and reduce the sales to cash
2.    Onboarding Process & Sales to Cash process – periodically analysis to find improvements to build a better customer experience and support our issuers to improve their processes.
3.    Collateral material creation and maintenance (ex: Pitch Documents, Demos, White Papers, etc.)
4.    Pipeline Management (Lead qualification, benchmarking and Allocation)
5.    Commercial Planning – set the plan for each quarter in partnership with Business Strategy
6.    Sales Performance & Weekly Governance: review in weekly basis with the Heads of each vertical to review and assure delivery vs plan of sales, growth and onboarding.
7.    Incentive Plan & Targets Setting in alignment with the Sabre Commercial operations team and business strategy
8.    Addendums and agreements review to ensure they are always up to date, coordinated with Products, Legal and our issuers/partners.
9.    Responsible of having the SVP Commercial Repository up to date
10.  Coordinate Product Improvements Feedback

Job Requirements

Must Have Skills:
1.    Sales operations, contractual and KYB Process knowledge
2.    Positive attitude and willing to learn
3.    Exceptional communication & presentation capabilities.
4.    Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks 
5.    Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers – including at C Level.
6.    Competent CRM experience – including the use of excel, Salesforce and others

Nice to Have Skills:
1.    Knowledge on Payments. Focus on virtual card usage is a plus.
2.    Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics.
3.    Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies.
4.    Multilingual: Main Language: English. Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
