Job Description


This position is within the Commercial Contracts Team which is part of the Legal department, supporting colleagues in the Sales, Developer and Product departments within the Travel Solutions business unit.


 Job responsibilities:


•    Drafting custom agreements, templates and ad hoc contractual instruments which articulate the business terms negotiated by Account Managers with our Travel Agency customers or authorized developers
•    Collaborating with the Sales organization, Operations, Finance and Tax to support the negotiation process
•    Primary liaison between the Sales team, customer’s legal counsel and Sabre's in-house legal team, including responding to post-signature contract queries and coordinating the escalation of queries to our attorneys for specialist analysis 
•    Project Management and process design 
•    Works with contracts team members and other stakeholders to implement new agreements and strategic corporate program, including writing business requirements, testing, training and automation

Job Requirements


•    Bachelor's degree, professional degree, or equivalent experience. MBA or JD/law focus a strong plus
•    2 to 5 years of relevant paralegal or contract drafting and negotiation experience, specifically focused in supporting high - volume transactional deals 
•    Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken 
•    Proven strategic and problem-solving skills 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; capable of tying together complex commercial ideas and assessing financial models
•    Ability to work autonomously; self-starter who takes ownership of finding creative solutions for novel problems or ideas
•    Experience in a global organization and comfortable navigating change
