Job Description

Team Lead Program Manager

In this role You will lead a team responsible for aligning the efforts of departmental or cross-functional teams to support the company’s strategic objectives. This includes coordination of project benefits and capabilities that the organization can utilize to sustain, enhance and deliver portfolio objectives.

Your decisions will have moderate to significant impact on project team, project budget, department, work group, and/or client.


  • Managing ongoing work through governance structures
  • Providing direction for entire team in a matrix organization
  • Assisting in creating high level plans that provide guidance to projects where detailed plans are established
  • Applying advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects, with responsibility for overseeing and directing team member’s work
  • Helping to drive alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the organization
  • Overseeing a project team whose work is advanced or specialized
  • Mentoring less experienced team members

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive and advanced knowledge of Project/Program Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to interface at appropriate management levels with moderate customer interface
  • Solid background in negotiation and as a facilitator
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
  • Experience with a project scheduling software tools

Additional assets:

  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • MS Project experience preferred.
