Job Description


We are looking for a motivated leader who would like to join our journey to lead the development of Future Call Center Solution (FCCS) product and manage a small Agile team. We are focusing on building the new solution for airline reservation agents to manage travelers’ trips.


Supervisor Software Engineering


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Managing and overseeing the design and development of software application
  • Directing the work of engineers to ensure the best practices around software development
  • Managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Determining the need for training and talent development
  • Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
  • Setting and tracking performance goals for individuals
  • Hiring and onboarding new talents


Job Requirements


Required Qualifications: 

  • Min. 5 years of experience in software development
  • Very good written and verbal English skills
  • Leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolutions skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational, planning


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean frameworks and tools
