Job Description


The Sabre Customer Centricity platform provides industry leading Profile and Loyalty products that enable customers to use and benefit from having their travelers’ data in Sabre. Customer data synchronization to core product – Profiles, with Sabre Profiles (Agency Profiles) allows other Sabre systems to leverage customer data during the reservation process flow.

Technical Product Manager will be supporting back-end profile services and solutions with changes and new features, cooperate with Agency Profiles UI team and Product Management.

• Cooperate with product managers and development teams to deliver features, support long-term product vision, and own continuous refinement of team backlog, offering the functional knowledge necessary for the delivery of the best product and solution
• Product subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams
• Scrum ceremonies attendance
• Prepare: user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, prioritization
• Product functional documentation
• Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed)
• Refine functional requirements, align on priorities with Product Manager


Job Responsibilities:


• Act under general direction, demand form the market, product strategy and roadmap
• Act as primary point of contact for scope elaboration
• Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Provide frequent support to your own scrum team, translate customer requirements and product roadmap to manageable backlog
• Collaborate primarily with product manager and other stakeholders then also with other scrum teams when needed
• Interface with internal stakeholders to discuss over requirements, configuration modifications

Job Requirements

• Understanding enterprise problems and goals, analyzing needs and solutions, devising strategies, driving change, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years related experience (product management)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with an agile development team and Rally, an understanding of Scrum
• Nice to have: Experience in Loyalty, CRM and Customer Profile type products
