Job Description

 

The Sabre Customer Centricity platform provides industry leading Profile and Loyalty products that enable customers to use and benefit from having their travelers’ data in Sabre. Customer data synchronization to core product – Profiles, with Sabre Profiles (Agency Profiles) allows other Sabre systems to leverage customer data during the reservation process flow.
Technical Product Manager will be supporting Front-End profile User Interface with changes and new features, cooperate with local Agency Profiles Back-End team, Product Management and other Sabre Teams (like SRW).

 

•    Act under general direction, demand form the market, product strategy and roadmap
•    Act as primary point of contact for scope elaboration
•    Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issues
•    Provide frequent support to your own scrum team, translate customer requirements and product roadmap to manageable backlog
•    Collaborate primarily with product manager and other stakeholders then also with other scrum teams when needed
•    Interface with internal stakeholders to discuss over requirements, configuration modifications
•    Demonstrate knowledge of particular field of specialization. Capable of independent judgment
•    Apply advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects, with responsibility for overseeing and directing team member’s work
•    Provide direction for local team and functional team in a matrix organization
•    Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions
 

Job Requirements

 

•    Understanding enterprise problems and goals, analyzing needs and solutions, devising strategies, driving change, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Minimum 3 years related experience (technical and/or product management)
•    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to handle multiple projects
•    Experience working with an agile development team and Rally, understanding of Scrum. Experience with reservation systems and travel industry is an additional plus
•    Experience in UI products, CRM and Customer Profile type products
•    Working with XML and using related tools like SOAPUI/Postman
•    Nice to have: UX background, being familiar with UX aspects
