Job Description


Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager.
You will be accountable for building a vibrant partner ecosystem and solution portfolio to expand Sabre's reach partnerships focused on our Sabre products.

• Drive the successful implementation of the new automated e-Process to onboard new long-tail developers. Collaborate with Product Team to fine-tune and maintain the e-Process to further streamline workflow.
• Account managed the Long Tier Developer Partners. Serve as the liaison and escalation channel for internal & partners for all issues, e.g., operations, technical, billing, etc.
• Collaborate with Sales team to achieve Sabre’s quota by managing the partner opportunity pipeline aligned with Sales
• Prepare term sheet, negotiate terms & conditions and fees with identified airlines partners.
• Work with Legal department to prepare contract and manage the redline process.
• Work with Provisioning, Product and Billing teams to onboard airlines partners.
• Connect with key executives, identify new business opportunities among existing Sabre customers.
• Collaborate with our sales team to achieve Sabre’s quota, by managing the partner opportunity pipeline aligned with Sales
• Liaison with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire partner experience. Escalation point for internal team & partners for all issues, namely Operational, Product Development, Marketing, Billing & Invoicing, Collection.
• Coordinate across functional teams to secure / validate scope of work to be performed by partner
• Align KPIs and expectations. Track performance.
• Understand, monitor and manage the revenue flow for each airline partners in terms of payment and collection.

Job Requirements


Must Have Skills:


• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years working experience in Travel Industry, at Airlines, GDSs, content suppliers and similar companies.
• Account management and/or commercial experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with all levels of customers.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes for both Sabre and Partners
• Strong organizational skills. Ability in creating structure and order, prioritizing tasks to meet deadline.
• Strong communication skills with Sabre internal teams.
• A true team player


Nice To Have Skills:


• Knowledge of standard API concepts (REST, SOAP, use of Postman collections, …) 
• Operational understanding of airlines
• Excel, Word and Powerpoint skill
• Strong technical expertise.
