Job Description

 

Technology Engineering & Operations is looking for a Senior Operations & Tech Support to join our technology team. Responsibilities include supporting Sabre’s Airline Solutions customers, managing deployments and releases using various internal and third-party tools, improve release implementation/deployment by automating changes, investigate/troubleshoot and permanently resolve issues, and other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

 

Essentials:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and DFS.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Experience troubleshooting .NET applications using Windows Sysinternals tools such as Process Explorer and ProcDump.

 

Additional assets:

  • Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Will be required to participate in team on-call support 24x7 one week per month.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
