Job Description

 

• Proactively manage and grow our customers’ portfolio while exceeding semi-annual and annual revenue goals budgeted for Poland.
• Develop sales, retention strategies and customer growth plans, generate proposals that meet sales objectives. 
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across the region to sustain the strong position of the company
• Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships 
• Collaborate with the product team to create solutions tailored to exceed client expectations
• Communicate account forecasts and set sales strategy with country head of sales
• Responsible for delivering world class products and services through renewal, conversion and new sales development
• Positioning Sabre as an innovative growing technology company in the region 
• Comfortably present products and services to all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
• Analyze data in order to capture trends and implement necessary actions
• Approach customers individually in terms of commercial, operational, and financial aspects 
• Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with various departments 
• Effectively manage cross-sell opportunities and upselling with other Sabre products and services
 

Job Requirements

 

• Solid business development experience in a dynamic industry driven by the sales targets
• Proven sales and account management experience within the technology space
• Travel industry and/or technological background would be an advantage
• Extensive understanding of the EMEA market landscape 
• Ability to gather competitive information, to forecast key trends, opportunities, and threats per market, per customer 
• Data driven approach that translates into perfectly tailored commercial deals
• Ability to demonstrate excellent selling and negotiation skills within the long-term selling process 
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to work independently and be a self-starter. Be comfortable working in a changing environment 
• Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and very well organized
• Fluency in English is a must
