As a team we constantly look for new ways to reach out to talented candidates, ensuring best candidates experience as well as work closely with the business to provide the best solutions. You will be involved in employer branding activites of Sabre with special focus on junior talent - collaborating with universities, associations, NGO's in order to promote the technology transformation happening in Sabre

 

Daily operations include:

Designin and developing university recruiting strategies using market data and trend analysis.

Designing and implementing student sourcing and community networking strategies in alignment with overall Sabre Talent Acquisition strategy.

Building and aligning student/intern staffing plans with key stakeholders and Recruitment Management.

Designing talent pipeline process to ensure ongoing pool of viable qualified candidates.

Execution of university events including event staffing, training, evaluation and allocation of resources.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: 

University degree

EXPERIENCE:

Good understanding of Employer Branding

Experience in planning and executing brading activities

Well established relations at KRK universities

Experience in organizing and coordinating events

Minimum 5 years professional recruiting experience.

Advanced computer software skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
