Principal Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Development

 

You will be responsible for internal consulting at the EMEA regional level in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, and Organizational Development.  We are looking for a person eager to be in charge of the design, implementation, and evaluation of Talent Management processes and tools globally.  This encompasses processes across the employee lifecycle including pre-hire assessments, leader onboarding, performance management, succession management, and competency and career path development.  You will develop solutions in support of improving organizational effectiveness including organizational design, competency modeling/assessments, and change management, and establish criteria for evaluation of initiative effectiveness. You will be the L&D expert as well as an internal consultant supporting the areas of leadership, management, and team member development. As a member of a global team, you will participate in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of new enterprise-wide leadership development programs including implementing these solutions locally. Your role will include building strong relations with leaders across the organization and collaborating cross-functionally, as well as providing and promoting coaching across the organization. By working with a global team of experts you will be able to drive the change not only in the Kraków site but also in other global entities. Your work will be highly independent in your role, but you can always count on the guidance of your leader. You will have the opportunity to work with vendors but also to directly address our team members and be hands-on with strategic development initiatives. You will have a direct impact on how Sabre equips our talent with tools, programs and you will be able to measure the progress of the entire organization in this area.

Job Requirements

A successful candidate in this field will require the following:

 

Education:

Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience of increasing responsibility and proven track record of designing and delivering Talent Management, Learning and OD programs/processes with demonstrated success.
Strong leadership skills. 
Strong client-focused consulting skills and process facilitation capabilities.
Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking/analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player who can work across organizational boundaries seamlessly to complete required outcomes.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Expertise in the assessment of training needs using best-practice methods and tools.
Knowledgeable about effective adult learning methods and/or instructional design methodology.
Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of talent management processes and systems (such as performance management, succession planning, engagement, etc.).
Able to effectively identify needed change and shift gears comfortably.
Experience with talent-related metrics and data analytics.
Possesses site-based expertise (understanding what occurs at sites, leadership needs at sites, how corporate culture manifests itself at a local level)
