Job Description


Revenue Optimizer is used to determine the optimal price of selling a seat at any given point in time. System enables airlines to adapt, evolve, and strategically sense and respond to rapidly changing market conditions through actionable insights, manage and optimize total revenue beyond seats to include ancillaries and partnerships while also empowering analysts with intuitive workflows that will drive higher productivity from planning to execution.


We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Principal Product Owner to perform the following duties:


  • Under general direction, formulates and defines complex systems scope and objectives based on user needs 
  • Analyses, understands and explains complex algorithms and mathematical models
  • Plans strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and requested design changes to create flexible solutions
  • Incorporates requirements into user stories
  • Tracks problems and defects
  • Revises product documentation as needed and provides support to QA
  • Clearly articulates business concepts and processes to the technical team
Job Requirements


  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product Owner or Revenue Management Analyst
  • Expertise in Data Analytics, Algorithmics, Operations Research, Forecasting & Optimization algorithms or AI/ML
  • Master or Bachelor degree in (Applied) Mathematics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to assist in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that meet user requirements
  • Proven expert knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers


 Desired skills


  • Experience in Airline Industry would be a plus
  • Understanding of principles of airline O&D revenue management and inventory control
  • Technical degree
