Job Description

The TN Product Management team is looking for Principal Product Manager within the Air Offers organization. Air Offers products play a critical role in Sabre’s Travel Network portfolio, being responsible for managing multiple components that form the Sabre Shopping Platform. Our products and systems process billions of shopping and booking transactions while connecting thousands of airline and agency customers with millions of travelers every day.
Product Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining product roadmaps, as well as establishing the long-term vision. In day to day activities a Product Manager works closely with Agile Development teams, other Product Managers, Sales Teams and Marketing to understand, design prioritize and ensure delivery of features and products.


In this role you will be responsible for managing our Shopping services. This includes:


• Bargain Finder Max (BFM)
• Market Fare View (MFV)
• Travel Insight Engine 


Key Responsibilities


• Drive the product roadmap and release plans, rationalize and prioritize product capabilities relative to investment and the annual and long-term product plan
• Gather requirements from existing and potential customers, write business requirements documents, and monitor the implementation of each feature
• Track, drive and prioritize delivery of features and resolution of issues
• Understand the market opportunity, customer needs, and competitive actions to define product’s long-term vision
• Define detailed requirements to support the strategic product direction for the development teams
• Demonstrate leadership skills by building strong internal relationships across different business units working with cross functional teams

• Has domain expertise in IT Product Management
• Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to communicate to senior executives
• Resourceful, action-oriented individual who possesses a sense of urgency and knows how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
