Job Description

Principal Compensation Analyst 

As a member of the Corporate Compensation team within Total Rewards, this person will work closely with the Corporate Compensation and Benefits teams, as well as the regional HR team and regional leadership in ensuring we have the talent we need to deliver on our business strategy and objectives.  The person in the role will be responsible for regional compensation and benefits design input and program management. 


  • Develop and/or participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Collect, analyze, assess competitiveness and formulate recommendations regarding development of company Compensation and Benefits programs aligned with Sabre strategy and culture (salary, incentives, allowances, equity target total compensation, health and welfare) that attract, reward, retain and inspire employees. 
  • Serve as regional program manager for global compensation programs such as annual compensation programs and regional benefits programs.
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing Total Rewards structure and administration and recommends appropriate courses of action. 
  • May prepare special studies and recommendations on Compensation and Benefits topics, focusing on local, regional or global focus. 
  • May be responsible for supporting or managing parts of global Compensation and Benefits program workstreams such as sales compensation benchmarks, annual merit and incentive programs and health and welfare programs. 
  • May provide oversite or review of competitive offers and internal equity. 


Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 


  • Minimum 8 years experience working in a global environment.
  • Ability to work individually or as a team / support member in a matrixed organization. 
  • Advanced computer software skills.
  • Knowledge of talent management systems and human resources information systems. 
  • Knowledge of benefits programs for regional area of responsibility. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including collaboration with a variety of stakeholders globally; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
