Job Description

 

The Air Availability and Schedules is a team that develops high performance applications that provide schedules and seats availability for shopping and pricing queries.

 

We are looking for someone passionate about organizing work and making sure things get done to the end. We are looking for someone full of energy, with positive and open-minded attitude, who is never content with status quo, is constantly looking for improvements and has the drive and persistence to implement the positive changes.

Duties/Responsibilities

 

• Facilitating Scrum process and ceremonies

• Taking action on work impediments till they are removed

• Woring with the team constantly to improve our processes and practices and actually implements the improvements.

• Coordinating across other agile teams for complex projects

• Organizing software development process within development team, in all phases: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing.

• Leveraging data to measure & monitor progress

• Helping with budgeting of projects done by the team

Job Requirements

 

‘Must have’ skills:

 

• Driving to get things done, taking ownership, positive attitude

• Good understanding of software development methodologies, Agile and Scrum in particular

• Experience in Scrum master role or similar

• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills

• Excellent English communication skills; written and verbal.

 

 

‘Nice to have’ skills:

 

• Understanding of modern software development practices: continuous integration, continuous delivery, Lean methodologies

• Previous background in software development roles (one of project management, software developer, business analyst, QA)

• Professional Scrum Master Certificate
