Job Description


If you are passionate about technology – EFG team is a place to be. We are Sabre system responsible for flat file delivery to external content providers including airlines, banks and hotels. Our work plays important part of Sabre open systems initiative and supports several key projects including airline cutovers, migrations and technology cost savings efforts.

Operations and Tech Support team member will be responsible for setting up new users and connectivities; working with suppliers to obtain necessary details to perform the setup; troubleshooting connectivity/performance/capacity issues; respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements; coordinating cutovers. May assist in preparation of software documentation, design and testing. Will have to demonstrate broad knowledge of technical solutions and be able to implement them where applicable.

Job Requirements




  • Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems (concepts/tools/basic scripting)
  • Knowledge of FTP/FTPS/SFTP/SSH/HTTP/HTTPS protocols as well as of networking (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS)
  • Hands on experience working with Databases (Oracle is a plus)
  • Good English communication skills; written and verbal required
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in distributed teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously




  • Knowledge of encryption software PGP/GPG is a as well as firewalls and load balancer concept is a plus
  • Knowledge of Java and Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GC)
