Job Description

The key goal for this role is to win new customers in the market place, increase market share for Sabre in his/her portfolio ,build strategic relationships, identify and progress product opportunities, manage existing book of business and to establish long term strategy for loyalty with the agencies in India market . 
This includes designing long-term client engagement strategy, establishing and managing C-level and other relevant relationships in the account, establishing and implementing account engagement action plan, competitive landscape analysis, bringing innovative products and services to agencies, building sales and competitive strategy, support complex negotiations and ensure sales, revenue and customer satisfaction are targets are met.
The Supervisor for new account sales & expansion will be a member of the Travel Solutions -commercial team reporting to Regional Manager for India. The candidate seniority and skills are particularly critical given geographic and diverse spread of the market . The role will require the person to work closely with product, delivery, legal, finance and commercial teams on a frequent basis. He/she will also be actively engaging various levels of Sabre leadership within the strategic opportunities assigned.

•    Engaging : Serves as daily primary point of contact with the customer with responsibility for account volume, productivity, market share and profitability for the accounts in India .
•    Collaborative : Works closely with the client and other Sabre management in identifying current and future requirements and translating them into Sabre offerings with the necessary cooperation with Sabre product marketing team. Develops and articulates solutions based on a client’s strategic business or technical requirements ascertained from working with multiple business units across the client’s organization. Maintains awareness of existing or potential client escalation issues.
•    Relationship management : While operating with broad latitude for decisions and actions, this position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. This role is recognized as an expert by internal and external peers. 
•    Self motivated individual :  Ability to work independently as well as on cross-functional teams. Prior experience in constructing a business case, contract negotiations and financial evaluation and analysis.
•    Well aware : Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking etc. Understanding the market trends, keeping a check on competitor’s promotional schemes, hence updating the Management and Products and operations team to help the keeping up to market standards.
•    Ethics & Values : We need those who think and act like a self-starter, who are willing to roll up their sleeves and engage with our teams and our customers to drive results.

Job Requirements

•    Proven track record of winning sals 
•    Of building C level and senior executive relationships with clients. 
•    Bring operationally savvy and client management experience is key
•    Seasoned professional in enterprise Sales with a technology company 
•    Solid experience and exposure to Account Management
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Solid negotiator and facilitator
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience with working in a matrix organization and leading virtual distributed teams
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
•    Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales and account management, working for a software vendor and/or in the travel industry
•    6 years management/supervisory experience preferred
