What you will achieve


As a key member of the Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational performance across the Hospitality organization.  The Strategy and Operations team has three pillars: 

  • Product Strategy: Enables our leaders to define and execute compelling Product Strategies 
  • Operations & Transformation: Drives Sabre Hospitality towards excellence in the execution of our Software Development Life Cycle 
  • Go-To-Market Management: Maximizes product launch success 

Members of this team routinely work on cross-functional topics and interact with senior leaders across the Sabre Hospitality organization.  Additionally, the direct manager and one level up leader (SVP of Product and Development) of this team have top tier consulting experience and highly prioritize coaching/development.    
  
Role and Responsibilities:

This role will be instrumental in delivering the following programs in close collaboration with the Director of Product Strategy & Operations and senior leaders in Product, Development, Sales and Delivery Management.: 

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives – you will spearhead Sabre Hospitality’s largest improvement programs by designing collaborative solutions and coordinating execution across the organization. This gives you high visibility in the organization and great agency to implement your solutions into our operating model.  
     
  • Roadmap to improve drivers of operational success – We are always looking to better understand and benchmark our current business vs. other successful SaaS companies to determine major areas of opportunity. This exercise allows us to design and implement roadmaps to maximize value delivery 
     
  • Support continuity of Software Development Life Cycle transformation programs – Sabre Hospitality runs several optimized processes and initiatives to increase business effectiveness. You would provide managerial and advisory support across organizational functions to ensure ongoing improvement initiatives are delivered or maintained successfully. 
     
  • Operating model redesign – As part of the Strategy and Operations team, you will work across products and functions to improve and standardize processes that are key to driving product health and performance 

The successful candidate will have


Must Have Skills: 

MBA and 4+ years of total work experience 

2+ years of mgmt. consulting experience with top tier consulting firm preferred

Experience across a broad range of business and functional topics including but not limited to: Enterprise transformations, organizational effectiveness, portfolio & business unit strategy, investment analysis 

Thought leader able to independently lead their work, think strategically, and communicate effectively with all levels of management 

Ability to take complex, unstructured problems and quickly apply structure to surface meaningful insights and create outputs that drive alignment and action 

Experience working with large, globally dispersed, multi-functional organizations 


Nice To Have Skills: 

Prior experience working directly for or with hospitality or technology companies – preferably hoteliers, OTAs, airlines, or SaaS platform companies
